Our Free range chickens are bred on the hills. During the day, they roam and forage their own natural diet like crickets, worms and weeds. They are only kept back during the sunsets to feed them with corn, hence the yellow tinge on their skin.
Our chickens are also antibiotic-free and hormone free. Whereas kampung chickens are usually housed inside a shed with less space to roam which houses significantly higher numbers of animals in a confined space.
A conventional chicken only takes 40 days to grow from egg to the slaughter house. Our chickens are a slow growing breed which takes around 4 months before it is slaughtered. Free range chickens tend to be even more flavourful with the firm texture and the fats are fragrant.
Perfect for roast, stews, pan fried and in almost any way possible to cook the chickens. We believe in serving our customers the freshest produce, hence we only slaughter to order. Our vision is to provide a healthier option for our customers, as there's an old phrase 'You are what you eat.'
